West Wood Fair Event Sheet

Hi,

Please find attached the event sheet for our next event West Woods Fair. We will be holding the World Championship.

As you all know there is a lot of work required to be done in Race Control to enable this type of racing to occur. A number of committee members are unable to make this event and hence there is serious requirement for volunteers to help. For all those with family at the event can I ask your other halves or maybe teenage children who can step forward this weekend and help. Please speak up during divers briefing

Also the fair organisers have noted our camping issues last year and put us in a neighbouring field with flat ground. This does mean there is a small distance between camp and track.
