Engines & Wheels Event Sheet

Hi Everyone

So our next event is at the Engines & Wheels Show

We have been allocated a large space for racing and a smaller space for camping according to the site survey by Callum.

Also the show requires number plates for all the vehicles that will be entering the camping area. You will be checked at the gate.

For those who have no booked camping I am afraid that entry is closed due to this space issue.

Have a good look at the event sheet ( attached) for all the relevant details , there is water and showers on site but they are a distance away so we will have some portaloos in the campsite.

We have been told we can stay overnight on Sunday due to bank holiday if you so wish, but can we exit before 1400 please

There is also drink and live music all three nights , Friday , Saturday & Sunday in the main area which is north of the toilet block

Again I ask for safety reason please make sure the tow hitches are accessible from the access road to allow quick exit if required
