Double Four Event sheet

Hi Everyone,

Our next event is the Double Four - one race over two days. Eight hours racing.

We have a new big field and it should be a mega weekend

Please find attached the event sheet and the supplementary regulations

Please have a good read and familiarise yourselves with all the details – especially the request that NO ONE is to climb the MUDRUN obstacles. Please tell all your children that they are OFF LIMITS , we need to respect the owner’s wishes if we want to return.

There is a very good entry list and plenty of space for pits but again they can only be setup on Saturday morning.

A number of committee members are away for this weekend and so we are looking for volunteers to help with race control especially timing and scoring on Sunday. If you feel you are able please make yourself known to race control and you will be shown what to do and will get full support if anything should go wrong.
