Cross Country  & Awards Evening

The type of event that has been talked about for many years is definitely taking place this year.

There is still a lot more to organise and the club will hopefully complete this task next weekend and week after but please bear with us.

We cannot indicate much about the track except that we have permission to use 3 fields at Troopers Inn (the ones we had at the 12hr - top, middle and bottom), the outside of a 4th, a sizable wooded area and a gap in the hedge between fields

We hope to get an exciting track about 2 - 3km long out of what we have to play with. They will be sprints of a time determined on the day. More to come on the way the weekend is planned & run. Look out for the Event Sheet posted after the entry closes.

On the Saturday night the club will be hosting a presentation evening with buffet food and music provided in the Troopers Inn over the road. The three British Championship winners will be announced plus a number of smaller awards.

The entry fee is £10 and in order to save commission fees etc - please purchase tickets in the website SHOP – www.blmra.co.uk/shop

You will then get a receipt. Bring that receipt and sufficient CASH to cover the number of tickets ordered to either Drivers Briefing / during lunch or on the door and you will get a wristband that permits you entry.

Please can I ask you to get your tickets in ASAP as the number booked will enable us to indicate to the Pub what numbers they need to cater for. Thanks
