Motorfest Event Sheet

Apologies for the early release of the event sheet but I will be away until after the event.

Some details are not fully confirmed yet so keep an eye on Facebook or on this site

For now we have been told we have to camp in one of two designated areas within the showground - they are unable to inform us as of now which one , so they advise , when you arrive check with the control gate and they will direct you. I have set a entry time of 15:30 for Friday but as the site is open for setup you might be able to get there earlier. The first one on site can then possibly post the relevant information to FB.
