Double 4 Hour schedule and 12 Hour entries
(get them in before the price rises!)
The 2016 BLMRA Endurance season kicks off this weekend with the Double 4 Hour at Bucks Green (Naldretts Lane, RH12 3BU).
Each day will comprise practice followed by a single 4 hour race with individual endurance championship points being awarded. The schedule is as follows:
Saturday
10am Scrutineering & signing on
10:30am Drivers’ briefing
11am 1 hour practice
1pm Race 1
5pm Finish
Sunday
10:30am Drivers’ Briefing
11am 30 minute practice
12pm Race 2
4pm Finish and clear up
Please be aware that the field borders a neighbour’s house, so please could you try to minimise any disturbance in their direct vicinity.
12 Hour
Planning for our flagship event on Saturday 6 August has already been underway for several months, organising suppliers, logistics and reviewing lessons learnt from last year. Entries are open online; don’t forget that the cost goes up after this Sunday, so get those entries in!
25th April to the 12th June £135.00 per team inclusive of insurance.
13th June to 3rd July £155.00 per team inclusive of insurance.
4th July to 1st August £175.00 per team inclusive of insurance.
Supplementary 12 Hour regulations are available HERE. All racers will be required to have a minimum of BLMRA Endurance Membership prior to completing your entry online.
Shortly we will be releasing the posters and adverts for the event and would ask you as always to help distribute these. At the start of the race each team has been subsidised by more than £200 so we rely on gate entry to help fund the event. Please get your entry in promptly to help us guarantee this fund raising race; once again our chosen charity is Ingfield Manor School for kids with cerebral palsy.
