12 Hour Entry is now open !!
This years race will take part on the 12th and 13th of August.
Following the success of the Tourist Trophy Class at the NWLMRA 6 Hour, we are introducing the tourist class to this year’s 12 Hour. It is not without its complications but we are keen to include the other clubs in this unique event. They will not be able to compete for the main 12 Hour trophy, but for their own tourist trophy.
The entry fee will operate on an increasing scale, the sooner you enter the cheaper it will be, plus the greater choice of helpers slot you'll have available
Entries close on the 7th August 2017.
Entry fees are non refundable after the closing date, unless there is a force majeure.
ENTRY FEES 2017
25th April to the 17th June £145.00 per team inclusive of insurance.
18th June to 9th July £170.00 per team inclusive of insurance.
10th July to 7th August £200.00 per team inclusive of insurance.
Every team will be required to supply an able bodied person to help set up the event on either, the Thursday, Friday before the event or the Monday after the event.
The person will be required to choose either a morning or afternoon slot. If you are able to help us for longer please do let us know, your help would be gratefully received.
Any teams completing a helper’s slot on the Monday will be required to submit an Event Deposit of £100.00. Please bring the cheque or cash when signing on. The deposit will be banked if teams fail to carry out their helper’s slot.
