• 2015 Endurance Season

  • The 2015 BLMRA Endurance season is shortly upon us. The BLMRA will be hosting two endurance events this year, the Double 4 Hour and the annual 12 Hour Lawn Mower Race. Remember those of you wishing to only compete in Endurance events are only required to have endurance membership with the BLMRA which can be purchased on www.blmra.co.uk once logged in.

    Double 4 Hour
    The double 4 hour entries are now open for the 6th & 7th June in Bucks Green. Each day will host a single 4 hour race with individual endurance championshop points being awarded. Teams can include up to three racers with entry costing £50 for the entire team. The schedule is as follows. Remember entries close midnight Monday 1st June.

    12 Hour
    Planning has been underway for several months already organising suppliers, logistics and reviewing lessons learnt from last year. Entries are now open online for this years event on 8th August, as usual we will run a tiered payment system. Remember, not only do you get preferential pricing by completing your entry early you also get to pick your preffered helpers slot which are first come first served.

    Supplementary regulations are available here. All racers will be required to have a minimum of BLMRA Endurance Membership to compete in any of our 2015 Endurance events prior to completing your entry online.

    Shortly we will be releasing the posters and adverts for the event and would ask you as always to help distribute these. At the start of the race each team has been subsidised by more than £200 so we rely on gate entry to help fund the event, so please get your entry in promptly to help us guarantee the event.
