You can now check to see if your race entry for this years 12 Hour race has been recieved by going online and signing in, then go to Check Race Entry.

The 12 Hour entry pack is now available to download from the web site.

Please read all the paperwork carefully and when returning your Entry Form you include the Helpers Rota Request Form plus two cheques, (one for the deposit and one for the entry fee and for the correct amounts!!) Otherwise your entry maybe returned to you.

Please also ensure that all your drivers are full members, if they are not, please include their completed membership form and membership fee when submitting your entry.

If you have any requests, please make a note on your entry form, and we will take them into consideration.

Closing date for entries is the 12th of July

Race numbers and helpers slots will be issued thereafter.

Hamstreet are having some problems with the passes, such as we are going to put a list of names on the gate of who can enter.

If your name is not on the recieved race entry list please let me know so I can add it.

The 2008 12 Hour Intent To Race form is now available to download or fill in online.

Once logged in to the website its available in either the download section of the website allowing you to download the file and fill in manually or you can use the online race entry section to fill in the intent to race form online.

Obviously you are all aware how much time,money and effort goes into every years 12 Hour and the intent to race form helps us to plan the size of the event!

Get those forms in!

Good news!

Field is looking in good condition after two days of sun, and further forecasted.

We will go ahead with racing on Sunday & Monday, please can no one arrive before 4pm on Saturday though.

Anyone who can now race two days or won’t be able to race Monday can re-arrange entry at the weekend with Chris Burrough’s.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused and I will see you all at the weekend!
